A dynamic concierge position manages the day-to-day activities of the heart of the property, emphasizing and adhering to the highest standards of customer service. The concierge is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all residents and quest. Duties in this position might include interacting with residents to answer any inquires and address any building issues; accepting deliveries and managing the common area. The concierge must possess strong written and verbal communications skills, telephone etiquette, excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, multitask, and communicate effectively and courteously with management, residents, staff, and guests. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.
